The Associated Press reports:
There was “insufficient evidence” to charge LaBeouf with drunken driving, Los Angeles County District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison said Thursday. She said prosecutors are mulling charges against two other people involved in the July collision, but could not provide further details.

The singer supposedly sought comfort in it following her split from ex-hubby Carey Hart. People are saying that it was fellow rocker and friend Juliette Lewis who introduced her to Scientology. A source says “Pink is in the beginning stages of checking out the religion, but she has taken to it and she wants to get more involved.” Should we watch out for a Pink and Tom Cruise sighting soon?
